8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. Please note that claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.
9. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 200$. Free shipping promotions apply to orders within Canada and exclude expedited shipping methods.
